LAST UPDATED · 16 JULY 2026

How Creator Passport meets the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This page is a plain-language companion to our Privacy Policy.

01Data Fiduciary

Vyzonek Technologies Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through Creator Passport and decides the purposes and means of processing.

02Lawful basis

We process your data on your explicit, informed consent, captured at onboarding with a clear notice of purpose. The consent event is logged with a timestamp.

03Data minimization

We collect only what a trust layer needs. Liveness selfies are processed in-memory and discarded; only a boolean and confidence score persist. Government IDs, where ever used, are reduced to a salted hash.

04Principal rights

Right to access a summary of your data and processing. Right to correction and completion. Right to erasure — available self-serve in the dashboard. Right to grievance redressal and right to nominate.

05Erasure

Dashboard → Delete my data triggers deletion of your user record, which cascades to your creator profile, connected handles and verification history. An audit entry (email hash only) is kept for legal compliance.

06Grievance officer

Grievances may be sent to grievance@verify4.ai and are acknowledged within the statutory period. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

07Children's data

Creator Passport is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly process the data of children without verifiable parental consent.

08Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Board and affected Data Principals as required under the Act.
